How do I remove myself as an administrator from another person's blog?

  Hi,
  A former student added me as an administrator to her blog. She has not been a student in the program for years and did not complete the blog. I can no longer reach her.

  When I try to remove myself as and administrator, I get the following message:
  You have specified this user for removal:

  ID #26384640: mecorbeil2 The current user will not be removed.
  There are no valid users selected for removal.

  I have many course blogs and do not need to see this blog on my list any longer.

  Can you please help me remove myself as an administrator from the other person’s blog?

  The blog I need help with is NOT mecorbeil2.wordpress.com. That is my blog. It is working perfectly.

  I have flagged this for the staff to help – but they will need the name of the blog you want to remove yourself from to help –

  You should be able to leave a blog

  Dashboard >> Home >> My Blogs >> Mouse over the name and click on “Leave Blog”
