How do I remove myself from a group blog?

  I was added to a class blog while at school, and with the semester long over, the professor has left the blog to die. My dashboard is full of notifications for this blog, which I don’t want to see. I’d like to remove myself from the blog, but all the settings are locked. Is there a way to remove myself from a blog that I’m not an administrator of?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
