How do I remove myself from being the user of a blog that I did not create?

To keep it short and sweet, I was invited to join someone else’s blog, and am no longer interested in writing for them. It’s a sour situation, and I don’t want to see their blog’s name on “My Blogs” everytime I login. Is there something I can do to un-affiliate myself from my former associates?
