how do I remove parked domain page courtesy of wordpress

I am moving my blog to my own hosting account. and I pointed DNS to it. Cleared my Cache. Now I can only get an ad page that says at the top, “This page is parked free, courtesy of WordPress.com”
How do i get WordPress to remove this page so I can access my new admin?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • That often happens when you change both the nameservers AND set up an A Record. You need to do one or the other, not both. If you are using an A Record, you need to have WordPress.com nameservers. If you are using your webhosts nameservers, you do not need an A Record.

    Does that make sense?

No it doesn’t. but how do I remove the A record. When and where did I create the A record?

I found where I can edit my domains in the domain manager.
Existing DNS records show that the A record and the NS record are both handled by WordPress.com

If I click to edit, it only allows me to add an A record. So I redirected the nameservers to my wordpress name server. to try and start all over.

Can you tell me where you’re trying to point your domain?
