How do I remove something from the menu bar?

I was trying to write a post that would have my main page as its “parent,” and ended up introducing something weird on my menu bar—it says “#1 (no title)”. Actually, I think the “(no title)” part might disappear after I actually write a post. But could someone help me remove the “#1”? Thank you!
