how do i remove text box from every page

how do i remove the text box, i dont want it on any page. looks like i removed it but when i look at the site online, it is on every page

Comments on posts and pages are enabled by default on all WordPress blogs. However, you can enable and disable comments on WordPress.com blogs on this page Dashboard > Settings > Discussion
That is where you set up defaults for comments and other comment options http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/You can override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.
