How do I remove the author and dates from posts?

    Hi,

    I would like to remove author and category information that displays underneath my post titles. I am using the Origin Theme.
    I would also like ‘recent comments’ removed from posts.

    Hi, I don’t see that you have the Custom Design upgrade, but you can try out and preview custom CSS before you buy as explained here.

    The following CSS will remove the line of metadata below the post titles.

    .byline {
display: none;
}

    When you say “recent comments” are you wanting to remove all comments from your site so that people cannot comment, or are you referring to something different?

    One option would be to delete the comments from the Comments section in your dashboard. Another would be to simply hide them using “display:none” on the entire recent comments section—this would keep existing comments but just hide them from view on the front end.
