How do I remove the author and dates from posts?

  Hi,I’m using the Llorix One Lite theme and I want to remove the date and author all posts.

  These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com, but it sounds like you’re running the WordPress software on your own hosting, since I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account, nor is that a theme we offer.
