How do i remove the "blogrole" and "meta" lists from the right side of my blog?

I have a list on the right side of my blog listing Blogrole links such as Discover New Voices, Discuss, Get Inspired, etc. and Meta links like Register and Log In. Can I get rid of any of these?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you try adding an empty Text Widget to your Secondary sidebar? That should remove those widgets.
