How do I remove the blue border from clickable images?
I am using The Journalist v1.9 theme. I have paid for a Custom Design upgrade, which reportedly entitles me to staff support.
I have looked for the appropriate CSS code in various forums, and have tried several “solutions”. None has worked for me.

I don’t see any blue borders on your clickable images. Could you explain which images you are referring to? Can you also please try clearing out your cache?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

I’m referring to clickable thumbnail images, as at http://hourglassera.com/typical-kisses-by-tom-browne/ These have a blue border, which turns red on mouseover. There must be some CSS code to get rid of this.

It’s the same in Firefox. There’s a blue border to all clickable thumbnail images, except for those at http://hourglassera.com/family-memorabili/harrocks-family-memorabilia-death-of-a-zeppelin/. How that page’s thumbnails escaped the blue border is a mystery to me. I thought CSS was an all-or-nothing system – that everything either had a certain style or didn’t have it.

You can use the following CSS to remove borders from these images:
.main a img { border: none; } .main a:hover img { border: none; } -
Thanks. I’ve got about 30 thumbnails on one page. With blue borders, they were a bit of an eyesore.
