When looking at the photo galleries, some of them show the camera metadata. I don’t want it to show. Is there a way within wordpress, (without having to re-import the images) to fix this?

That is something that should be possible with the Custom CSS upgrade. Which theme specifically are you looking at where you are seeing EXIF?
