How do I remove the custom domain upgrade so I can delete my site

  I want to delete my site but I get a message that I can’t because I have a domain upgrade. How do I remove the custom domain upgrade from my site? I can’t seem to find the answer in your FAQ site, where the solutions proposed are to transfer to another domain or user. I just want to cancel the domain as well.

  Before I go ahead, I just want to first check that you’re aware that domains can be very tricky to get back once cancelled. It can take up to several weeks for our registry to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that it will be available to you again once cancelled.

  If you want to keep using artofbeingbodywork.com but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another registrar. Information on how to do this can be found here:
