How do I remove the DIVI banner from my website.

  1) I have a new WordPress website. The DIVI banner (which I did not buy, ask for or need) appears when I try to create a new post. How do I remove it, please?
  2) How can I be notified when someone comments on a post?
  3) How can I be notified when someone signs up to receive my posts?
