How do I remove the failed login attempt cool-down period?

  I am experiencing an issue with signing in to my wordpress management panel over the past 3-4 days due to excessive login attempts, although the problem is that these login attempts are not from my ip address or username. Is there any way to bypass this issue? As soon as the cooldown period ends, I am automatically locked out again before I have a chance to sign in.

  Try disabling the plugin via FTP or your hosting control panel to remove the cooldown period. Additionally, consider changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized attempts.
