How do I remove the large blank space on the homepage of my site?

  I am building my new site by following the video by Tyler.com on youtube. However, there is a large margin on the whole left side of the page and I can’t seem to get rid of it. The video is a bit outdated and I’ve had to figure some things out on my own but I can’t seem to figure this out. Any help? Site is http://www.upcycledecoupage.com. Thank you!
