How do I remove the "Leave a Reply" form on the bottom of each page?

  I have already disabled the comments etc under Settings, but there is a “Leave a Reply” form on the bottom of each page still showing, how do I remove this?

  What you have set only controls the default for future posts and pages.

  You can disable it on existing posts and pages following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/
