  even if i have bought my own domain? i still can’t remove the logo and replace it with what i want? the problem is i don’t know also how to replace it with my own :(.

  It’s called a favicon and there is no way on wordpress.com for you to change it, even with domain mapping. You would have to be self-hosted to do that.
