how do I remove the map/address on my blog

  How do I get rid of the Address/map on my page? I moved and don’t want it on there. Can’t figure out how to do it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s a widget. Go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and uninstall the Contact Info widget.
