How do I remove the sidebar from my homepage?

  Hi there,

  The same info appears in three places on my homepage. How do I remove the sidebar from my homepage? Thanks

  Hello there!

  The info (“widgets”, actually) on your two sidebars and footer can be set by going to Appearance – Widgets in your Dashboard. You can also open it by following the link below:

  https://musicreelnz.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php

  On that screen, to the right side you can find the “Primary Sidebar”, “Content Sidebar”, and “Footer Widget Area” boxes where the widgets are. You can drag and drop and re-arrange widgets as you like here.

  Removing the sidebar completely can probably be done using custom CSS, which is part of the Custom Design upgrade. However, it takes a bit of a work to do to get it right. So, if you can first play around with the widgets and see whether you can get an arrangement you like, that would be more efficient.
