how do I remove the tagline option?

  how do I remove the tagline option? I have delted the words but the space for the words is still there. many thanks!

  The only way to remove it requires purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and doing the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
