How do I remove the title box above header image?

  1. What do you mean discoloration strip? The grey admin bar?

  2. We have an archive shortcode that will list all posts. You can also set it as a monthly, but it will just list the month/year, like the archives widget does and will not list the posts within that month.

  It looks like my photo is discoloured at the top of the page, when I log out and visit my site.

  I think this might cover it for the discoloration, as I think what you are referring to is shading from the mp-background-shading.png image.

  Try this:

  #container {
      background: none;
  }
