How do I remove the words deactivate theme at the top of my blog?

At the top of my blog it says Deactivate theme in a small box. How do I delete these words.

It appears that you have “deactivate theme” entered as your Author Box Text.
You can change this at Appearance -> Theme Options in your dashboard:
