How do I renew

Thanks cobalteye, I’ve followed their instructions but just keep running in circles with the Manage Plan button under Premium Plan, every time I click on it, it just goes back to Upgrade Now button. I don’t want to upgrade, just renew.

I’m having a similar problem. I’m trying to renew premium on http://www.gringoinrosario.com but when I fill in my credit card details and hit purchase, nothing happens.
When I try to pay in paypal, it looks like it accepts my payment and sends me back to wordpress, but my account doesn’t update that I’ve paid. What’s going on?

Hi, actually someone else in our organization signed up for this years ago so that individual has access to the account. As our treasurer I pay the bills and will like to pay the renewal fee with our credit card.
Any suggestions?

Organizations,companies and/or groups of any kind do not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account, who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address and purchased any upgrades.
The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or to update credit card information, or to transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.
