How do I renew a domain mapping?
-
I am an adminstrator for the blog, and our domain mapping is expiring. I would like to renew, but can’t find any option to do so. Clicking on “Manage Domain Subscriptions” from “Settings” > “Domains” takes me to “Store” > “My Upgrades”, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to renew from this page. “Store” > “Domains” appears to be the same page as “Settings” > “Domains”, which just leads me in a loop back to “My Upgrades”.
On additional detail is that I am not the admin who originally purchased the Domain Mapping.

You need to be logged in as the account that purchased an upgrade to renew it – you can have the original person that purchased the updates transfer them to you if you will be paying for the upgrades in the future – transfers need staff help and the request must be made by the account that owns the upgrades

I flagged this for staff attention – have the account that purchased the domain mapping upgrade post here requesting it to be transferred to your account – they need to be very specific then the staff will move it when they check the forum – probably later today –
PS – don’t forget to renew the domain name

I approve the transfer of the domain “blog.expensify.com” to the WordPress user “expensifyadmin”. Also, can you please remove me as an adminstrator of the expensify blog? (expensify.wordpress.com)

I’ve transferred ownership of the domain-mapping upgrade for expensify.wordpress.com to the user expensifyadmin.
Also, can you please remove me as an adminstrator of the expensify blog?
To remove yourself completely as a user on the site, or to change your user role from administrator to something else, you can follow the guide here:

Just let us know if you need anything else.
