How do I renew a registration with domain bundle?

    I recently purchased the WordPress.com Bundle. Instead of using it to purchase a new domain, I’d like to extend my current primary domain registration. Have things changed? Can I now do that?

    If not, how long do I have to register a new domain name?

    A WordPress.com Value Bundle does not apply to already existing upgrades on your blog, and so you cannot use it to extend a primary domain registration you have already setup. You might consider getting a second domain. It’s popular to purchase a typo domain or a different, catchy name that will work for users as an alternate domain to redirect traffic to. If you purchase more than one domain for a blog, you can select which one is used as the primary domain from the Store → Domains page in your blog dashboard.
