How do I renew domain mapping

  When I try to renew my domain mapping I am shown a page that tells me that it has expired but seems to give me no way of renewing.

  How do I renew?

  Hi there,

  The mapping has been expired long enough that it couldn’t be renewed. I went ahead and removed it instead, so you can now purchase a new mapping upgrade for your domain!
