How do I renew domain mapping.

  I want to renew but all I get is an offer to upgrade to a subscription plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is your domain already active or has it been idle for some time? if it is the latter then it may have passed its grace period to renew.

  if you purchased with WordPress already then you can choose auto renew. You can check your account to see what your status is.

  It’s the domain mapping that I need to renew, but I am unable to do so. When I click on Payment details it just sends me to the page to take out a plan….

  I’ve sent an email to the correct account for renewing the domain mapping on gandhifoundation.org. That is the email you’ll need to use to login to the account for the renewal.

  I am able to see the receipt for last year’s renewal but still unable to renew .

  I’m not able to reveal account details. It’s great that you’ve found the old receipt. The best option will be to use that receipt information to recover the account.
