    Hi there,

    It looks like you bought that domain mapping upgrade with a different account, jliabenow

    Only that account will be able to renew the mapping upgrade.

    I see you also bought the Personal Plan using this account. If you don’t want the plan you can cancel it from Purchases while logged in as this username:

    https://wordpress.com/purchases/

    I can also move the plan over to the other account (reply as bliabenow to confirm) or I can move the mapping over to this account (reply as jliabenow to confirm) and use the free domain in your plan to renew it.

    Right. I’ll please just need the username jliabenow to reply here to confirm that it’s okay to move the mapping upgrade, then I can take care of it.

    Another option is that your son transfer ownership of the entire blog to you. That will move the mapping to your account as well. But that I can’t do for you, he will have to do it himself.
