how do i renew mapping?

  I received an email saying:

  Renewing this upgrade for another year costs $13.00. When you renew, your blog will again be available at ‘qgardens.org’. Note that your blog is always available at its default address, ‘qgardenscf.wordpress.com’.

  1) When I click ‘renew qgardens.org I do not see any option for paying the $13 fee. I only see an upgrade option that costs $36 per year.

  2) The default address listed above also does not currently work.

  I have tried to deal with this several times now and don’t find this site to be user-friendly at all…

  Some time ago now (months ago) individual upgrades were discontinued. Only those who have domain mapping upgrades that have not expired are allowed to renew at the same rate ie. $13. Others have to assign a plan and purchase an upgrade bundle.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
