How do I renew my domain?

I am unable to renew my domain. It keeps telling me to enter a valid country name, which I’ve done repeatedly. Any help?

Can you let me know the country name you’re inserting? What’s the exact error message you’re seeing?
When renewing your domain, are you doing so via your Store -> Domains page?

The country I’m entering is Lebanon. The exact message is “This transaction cannot be processed. Please use a valid country on the billing address.”
When I first sign in I get a message on my dashboard to renew, I’m clicking on “renew now” which takes me to a separate page to fill in my info.Thanks for helping out!

Just to confirm, is Lebanon the country for your billing address?
This may sound a bit strange, but could you also try renewing your domain in a different browser? This will let us know if this is a browser-specific problem. Thanks!

Yup, Lebanon is the country for my billing address.
I tried the process on Safari and Firefox (I was using Chrome before that), same result. It gave me the same message. -
