How do I renew my domain?

    My domain name expired last night while I was attempting to renew it but there was no link within the ‘my upgrades’ tab to allow me to do so, as a result of this the address has now expired and I still cannot find a way to renew the domain. I have looked on multiple FaQ’s and they all state that you have to go into ‘my upgrades’ which I do and then it states I do not have any plans.

    Hi there. Are you talking about http://kbdgshow.biz/? That site is active, and the WhoIs data shows that it was updated today and will expire on 19 August 2016, so it looks like it has been renewed after all: https://whois.domaintools.com/kbdgshow.biz

    However, it looks like you bought your domain through Easyspace.com, not WordPress.com. If your domain was bought through someone else you need to renew it each year with them, while on your WordPress.com dashboard you only renew the domain mapping upgrade that you use to connect that domain to your blog.
