  How do I renew my domain subscription? It expires in a week. I cannot find the available option to enter new credit card details, as to ensure it rolls over immediately.

  Hi there!

  I checked your user upgrades and I don’t see any pending expirations on your account. Is it possible that the subscription was set up by someone else? If so, that user will need to process the renewal.
