How do I renew my mapped domain for $13?

  Unfortunately, you allowed the upgrade to expire.

  Some time ago now (months ago) individual upgrades were discontinued. Only those who have domain mapping upgrades that have not expired are allowed to renew at the same rate ie. $13. Others have to assign a plan and purchase an upgrade bundle.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did it expire?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any domain mapping upgrades in your account, not even an expired one. This tells me if you had the domain mapping upgrade you had bought it with a different username account. Please give me the domain you are trying to map and I can help you find out which username you used to buy the upgrade.
