How do I renew my plan? The link on the email doesn't work

I am trying to renew my plan but the link doesn’t work

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/I tagged this thread for Staff assistance with your upgrade renewals. OK so I logged in under my administrator sign on, hit the renew button and got an error message saying that thispremium plan was no longer available and that if I want to keep the premium plan I had that I would need to purchase it again. So, I went to the purchase portion and put in all my info to purchase it again (Although it doesn’t expire for 2 days) and it processed and told me that I already have this premium plan. I’m not sure what is going on. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Hi there,
It looks like the upgrades you are talking about are in another account. Please log into that account and you will be able to renew them when you go to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.

I would do that but I don’t have but one account that I know about. What account besides alphagroupsecurityconsultants.com do you see?? I need to get this worked out before tomorrow

Please log into the account that @timethief has shown you. If that is not your account, please contact that account owner to log in and renew it.
If that’s not possible, we may be able to recover the account with proper verification. Let me know if that is how you would like to proceed.

I logged into that account which is the account that I have been working on. I went to the store and there was no “Renew” tab, button, or anything that I could use to easily renew my subscription. I clicked on the button to buy the premium package ($99) and after entering all my info and clicking purchase, I got a message at the top that said I already have that plan and asked me if I meant to renew but there is no way to say yes that is what I want to do.

I tried to attach it to this thread. I’m not sure what media library page you’re talking about. Are you able to help me renew my subscription? Also is there a way to expedite this by me being able to talk to someone on the phone or live chat or something besides email?

Live Chat is available for accounts with upgrades, but unfortunately the account you are messaging from doesn’t have any upgrades it’s in the other account. In addition, we don’t provide phone support.
I have emailed the address on the account that purchased the upgrades. You can attach the screenshots to that email.
