how do I renew my premium account

  I received a notice and I am well aware my renewal is due. So first a the top it says it is no longer active, although you have given me until Feb. 22 to renew.

  So I click on the link to renew and it does not take me to a renewal page, so I tried to order it instead, which is all I could find. But when I tried to submit it, it wanted to know if I was renewing since I already have it.

  Very very very very confusing. I am trying to renew it! Help. Please get your messages straightened out. And where it says to renew on the message, link to a page to renew.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the wammtoday.org domain .

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew wammtoday.org.

  I no longer use WAMMToday, I just include it because I want the old posts after it was renamed to riseuptimes.org. I don’t remember the password. And my primary domain that I want the premium for is riseuptimes, not WAMMToday. The domain renewal is supposedly included.

  I also have the riseuptimes.org domain but that is does not come up until December. But it is so confusing, because evidently the WAMMToday domain name contains the premium, which I need to renew, but riseuptimes.org, which is the current domain and URL, does not.

  So it sounds like you paid for the upgrade of one site with the user account that owns the other site.

  All this can be fixed, but you have to gain access to both accounts in order to do so.

  If you cannot remember the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:
