How do I renew my premium subscription?
-
When I click on the link I see a message that I don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
When I click on the Billing History tab I don’t see an option to add a credit card.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi
Thank you for providing the blog that you need help with.If you aren’t seeing any sites listed you might be logged into the wrong account. In order to renew your Premium subscription you have to be logged into the account that purchased the Premium subscription originally. You can renew your subscription at wordpress.com/purchases

skylightfarms.com is hosted by Unified Layer, not by wordpress.COM
WHOIS: Click Here
IP Address: 66.147.244.129
Name Servers:
ns2.bluehost.com
ns1.bluehost.comWe provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that one is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

If you are not referring to http://skylightfarms.com/ then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.

I’m not the most techie person when it comes to this stuff so bear with me.
I am referring to skylightfarms.com. The hosting is not at WordPress.com but I’m using a premium WordPress template to create the site. I thought that’s what I was being billed for.
I received an email from WordPress stating that my credit card information had expired so I just clicked on the link that was embedded in the email and encountered the message that I don’t have any wordpress sites and couldn’t figure out where to update cc info.

Thanks! I couldn’t figure out how to get a staff reply and initially didn’t realize that posting this question went out to the community.

So, the first issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the upgrade you are trying to renew.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew.
-
The second, and more important issue is that, if you have a self hosted WordPress site, you do not need to be paying for the WordPress.com Premium upgrade that you are being prompted to renew. WordPress.com Premium is an upgrade that is only of use to sites on WordPress.com.
I would encourage you to let it expire.
-
Ok, I’m super confused now. I thought I was paying for a premium template for the website. I will have to investigate the possibility of having two accounts.
