How do I renew my wordpress premium account?

  I am having trouble renewing my football club’s premium wordpress subscription which is expiring on December 15th and the domain which expires on December 16th. I am trying to pay from a different user account to the one we originally set up the page from.

  I have tried paying using my credit card and paypal linked account but every time i do this I get a message saying:

  “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?”

  And no option to pay. I am starting to get worried. Please help? How do I contact WordPress?

  This message is correct because the upgrade is still active and will be, until 15th Dec.

  Hasn’t auto renew set on the upgrade?

  Since you have paid upgrade on your account, you can get in touch with staff via http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  Enter a search text before the Get in Touch with Support orange button appears on that page.

  Thanks for your messages. Much appreciated.

  I wasn’t the original owner of the account but given administrator access to the domain and website. I have now obtained owner account login details and my auto renew with different credit card was easy.

  Thanks but the problem has now been sorted.
