How do I reopen my previously closed WordPress blog?

  I once had the blog ‘evansibok.wordpress.com’, I deleted it. I’ll like to get it back, it’s got my real name and I want to make use of it. Please make it possible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A staff member recently said they’re experimenting with allowing blogs to be recovered. Try going to http://wordpress.com/start/ and see if you can register the blog again. If that doesn’t work, then unfortunately that blog can’t be reused because it’s the normal policy of WordPress.com not to allow blog names to be reused once deleted: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  http://WordPress.com/start doesn’t let me register the name. I’ll keep an out for that the experiment. Thanks!
