How do I replace something under the header picture

The current “entry”, if you wish, under my header picture reads Home About Home Posts.
I want to take out one of the “home” and replace it with something else.
Also…… I want to add a food bloggers badge but can’t figure out how to do it.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In regard to the badge, you could add it to your site’s Sidebar with a widget:

Thanks for your help. I’ve managed to do everything except replace one of the “home” with Restaurant Reviews. I still can’t figure out how to do that

Okay. New issue I think.
I’ve manged to get Restaurant Reviews where I want it but now I want to be able to write a review and have it appear under the Restaurant Reviews heading, specifically in a drop down menu format and under specific sub menu headings such as Indian, Italian etc.
I’ve been trying to follow the instructions under custom menus and I am thoroughly confused. -
You could simply make Restaurant reviews a Category Page. You would add the Restaurant reviews Category to each, new, review post, and they would automatically appear under this Category Page:
Also, you could create Categories for Indian, Italian, etc. Then, you could make those Category Pages sub-menu items of the Restaurant review Category Page:

Sorry for being a pain but…….
It looks like I have the Category page all set as it appears under my Header picture which is where I wanted it however…….
I am so confused in trying to establish the drop down menu.
I’ve read the “instructions” under custom menus and it simply does not make sense.
For instance it says to drag to the right the items I want to nest.
Where do I get these “items” from and where am I dragging them? -
Focus on the Category Page documentation before you move on to the Custom Menu:
You need to create a Restaurant reviews Category:

Then, add it to some Posts that are your reviews:
