How do I replace the primary website from my account?

  My account is still tagged to an old website and I need to update the information on my profile with a new primary website.

  If you are referring to changing the primary site to another site registered under the exact same username account then go to https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Take note of this fact, please. The site linked to your wordpress.COM username is not a wordpress.COM site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
