How do I report a plagarized blog?

  HI,

  someone recently blatantly copied my blog and I would like to report them to the wordpress.com people. Is there any specific form to fill out and who do I send the report to?

  I did check it out and I will follow the DMCA reporting process. However, I still did not see the “Submit your form here” button. Who do I submit it to?
