How do I report a website that doesn't deliver goods?

    Hi there,

    If you’ve placed an order with an online store and they don’t deliver your order, you can try reporting them to their hosting provider or the payment processor they use to process payments on the site, but unless there’s very clear indications of fraud, it’s unlikely those providers will be able to do anything.

    Your other option is to dispute the payment with your bank or credit card company. That way you might at least get your money back, and if enough people dispute charges for a particular store/website, that can cause them to get blacklisted with payment processors.

    Note that the forum you’re posting in now provides technical support to free websites hosted on WordPress.com. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers in this forum, and have no control at all over sites that use the open source WordPress software at other hosting providers.
