How do I repurchase a Premium subscription?

  Subscription expires in 6 days. At the top of My Upgrades page, it says: This subscription is no longer active on your account, if you would like to keep this upgrade please re-purchase it.

  But there is no way to do it that I can see. No button to click to repurchase. No instructions how to repurchase. It’s listed like this:

  WordPress.com Premium
  Status: Expired on June 29, 2015
  This upgrade expired on June 29, 2015
  $99.00
  USD per year

  Domain: vtmusicfest.com
  Domain Mapped to WordPress.com
  Domain Settings
  Status: Domain included in WordPress.com Premium
  This upgrade will stop functioning on July 6, 2015
  $0.00

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I finally found the Premium page, but it says “You already have this upgrade.”
