How Do I Request a Refund

    I’ve been playing with my new theme (Pretty Young Thing) for a day now and it’s just not working for me. The layout and the inability to alter the way the posts show up does not work for me. Also, I purchased the Customize Theme options hoping to be able to alter the size and color of the text but it does not permit me to do such.

    So, I would like to get a refund on the theme. I will keep the Customized Theme option if permitted and use it on any other theme I have (if that is permitted). If I can’t do that then I suppose I need a refund on that as well.

    Staff have deactivated the support link and will enable it again at 12PM UTC on Monday 4th July. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ Then you can make your request and they will sort this issue for you.

    I,m sorry to say I don’t know because I never use the dashboard link to reach support. I’ve been here so long I know it by heart. :S
