How do I reset a stuck import?

  I tried importing an .xml file, but received an email saying the import failed, however the import page still says processing so I can’t try to do it again. Is there a way to bypass this and start over? My other imports worked fine, so I just need the import page to allow me to try this one again. Thank you!

  Great! I’m using the WordPress importer since the files are from Xanga–if that helps. Blog is same as listed above.

  I have manually reset your import for you. You should be able to try it again now.

  For additional instructions on how to do a Xanga import, please see:

  Note that you must open the .zip export folder you get from Xanga and import ALL of the files included in the .zip folder individually.
