How do I reset my password if password reset isn't working?

  My company recently changed our website to a wix page. We went to login to our word press (that is a paid account) and it won’t let us login. We have tried resetting the password and it states that we are using a not valid email address. We want to have access to our old info, and potentially move back to WordPress if we aren’t happy with the new site.

  Can anyone help???

  Also, I created this account in order to post. I couldn’t even do that with out being able to login. Our page was Voguehomes.com/wp It is now voguehomes.com
