how do i reset my password to get to my dashboard

i forgot my password to login to my dashboard and i tried to reset it but I’m not getting the email to reset my password so i need a new password for it. i thought it was the password to get onto the wordpress site but those are apparently not the same. now i can’t get onto my website.
