How do I reset my WordPress website without deleting it whole?

  I am new to WordPress and it’s quite complicated. I made some changes that I don’t know how to undo them. I need to reset the whole website, but NOT to delete it.
  I searched the internet but they only give me plugins.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can empty your site if you want to remove everything on your site by keeping your site address and start over.
