How do I reset the editor to default to visual rather than text, please?

  Whenever I go to edit a post, the editor defaults to text mode rather than visual. I keep having to toggle back to visual. How do I reset the default to visual, please?

  Hi there!

  Thanks for checking in about this. We deployed a fix for this late last week. Can you please clear your cache and cookies?

  Let me know if you’re still stuck in the Text editor once you do that!

  Thanks for letting us know. It looks like a few fixes have been proposed, but nothing has been put in place yet to resolve this issue. I’ll let you know when you can expect this to be completely resolved!
