HOW DO I RESIGN FROM WORD PRESS AND GET A REFUND?

  This is only a question that some others apparently have. On my way through the process of registering with WP there are expenses I’ve had that you apparently say have nothing to do with WP and I believe that. Can’t somebody stop this because extra and unnecessary expenses will stop some from signing up with you? Domain Services $291.98. On my way to WP, this was part of the process. I took screenshots and if I could send you a jpeg, it would save some explanations. Somebody is buggering folk trying to sign with WP and you might be losing because of it. I’ve been ripped off so perhaps you could stop the same from happening to others.

  Thanks so much for uploading this! I’m afraid this is a scam and an unnecessary purchase. I would encourage you to contact your bank and reverse the transaction if possible. Unfortunately, there’s little we can do to prevent it from happening. One possible measure would be to enable private registration on your domain, which I’ve done now. This hides your contact information from the public domain record.

  I get different scam things on a regular basis – got yet another one tonight – sometimes I send them on to my ISP so we can both have a laugh – the most popular one now is a register with search engines for $75.- – – by the way – registration with search engines is free and when you make a Post on your blog – your blog notifies the search engines that you have new content!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Built in!!!!!!!!!!!!

  If you have a question in the future about some bill you are sent – ask in the forum before doing anything – the staff is happy to check your account to see if you do owe money for a renewal or something – or if you care being scammed
